A Guide To Direct Links!!

This is one of my biggest pet peeves and in order to make our job easier we need the help of every single person who makes a report.

When using youtube videos make a link to the video, this is pretty easy and I haven't seen it messed up yet.
Photos are where the problem lies.

No matter what photo hosting website you use there should be a place to copy/paste a "Direct Link". That is what you need to use for your Reports, NOT the URL when you are viewing the little thumbnail, NOT the forum or HTML one either, the DIRECT LINK!

Please, please please PLEASE use direct links!
You have no idea how much time it costs us to click once, then click again, waiting each time for the image to load.
Also, non-direct links may fail the backup process.
Help us protect the reports and your hard work from being lost!
Any image that is not a direct link may be voided!
