When a user is CBL Clean, he or she has no confirmed reports of hacking, glitching, or exploiting attached to their characters.

This does not necessarily mean that players with a CBL Clean status are legitimate. They may also have confirmed stat reports that will only become visible if they have another kind of report attached to them directly or a fellow clan-mate.
